However, if you wish to claim a Medicare rebate, you will need to obtain a referral/mental health care plan from your GP or psychiatrist.

Medicare rebates are available with a valid Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP). The current Medicare rebate is $96.65 per session, leaving a gap of $123.35. Clients must provide their referral before or on the day of the appointment for the rebate to be processed.

  • We have a strict cancellation policy in place to ensure session availability for clients in need of support and to respect the time of the psychologist who has already prepared for the appointment.

    • Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee ($110.00).

    • Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged the full session fee ($220.00).
